How to Remove a Team Member From Breakroom

Sometimes you’ll need to remove a team member from your Organization. Whether the employee is no longer with the company, was transferred, or was added by mistake, the steps are the same.

To remove a team member, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Team tab
  2. Tap the person's name you want to delete
  3. Scroll down and tap “Remove”
  4. Confirm the removal

Once you have removed someone from the Organization they will no longer be able to access any of the messages they sent through Breakroom. Their contributions to older group threads will still be visible to everyone else, so you’ll need to delete those manually if you don’t want them to appear going forward.
